What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can accommodate other patients. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your appointment, partial fees may apply.
What happens if I am late?
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule it for another time, and rescheduling fees may apply. This ensures that all our clients can receive optimal care.
Can I schedule an appointment with a specific veterinarian?
Yes, you always have the option to choose your veterinarian when scheduling an appointment. During emergencies, we cannot guarantee that you will see the same veterinarian each time.

After opening your file at our clinic, you need to contact your current veterinarian to request the transfer of your pet's records.

Veterinary 640 operates on an appointment-only basis. In case of emergencies, we will do our best to schedule you for a same-day or next-day appointment.
Do you offer boarding services?
Currently, we do not offer boarding services. However, we would be happy to provide this service if your animal requires special medical care or medication administration due to a specific health condition.
